12 week check up

Well i had my 12 week check up on monday (dec 10, 2012) and i got back my blood results as well as my pap and all was well and came back normal! What a relief now i can sleep easier at night lol the only concern was i lost 3 pounds and of course my ob said she wants me to gain it and not loose it and we talked about how ive been feeling lately and so far ive been good except for thd last week ive been waking up with headachs and with that ive been feeling nausiated again and actually throwing up :( but thats only when i have headachs it sucks because i know thats whats causing me to loose some weight i cant help it i try to eat but cant because i end up well you know. Anywho she said its not much of a concern just to keep an eye on my weight and my healthy eating habbit and i should gain it all back and i plan to! We also talked about strep b and that she will have to talk with the hospital to see about the policy for that but more then likly because i also had mrsa i will have to have another isolated delivery room and after birth room as well. As far as testing for strep b we wont know if this pregnancy ill have it again or not until 36 weeks she said that even if it does come out positive for it ill be treated for it with antibotics which is a realif she deffiently makes me feel more at ease then my first ob i can trust her and she just makes me very comfortable. I really like this ob! I just hope that we dont have to go through with what we had to go through with dalilah it was really hard to see her in the hospital and had to fight just so i can be in the same room as her. I truly hope that "if" this baby has to stay in the hospital for any reason that i can stay in the same room or even lobby! I just dislike being away from my babys!.
Doctor also checked the babys heart beat and said wow baby has a strong heartbeat and is moving all around! (Since you can hear the movements through the doppler) it was amazing to hear babys strong heartbeat even tho i use a doppler at home to hear it , it still gives you a piece of mind :) but all is well over here and still feeling a little under the weather due to headachs but hopefully this will pass. I alsmost forgot to add i schedualed an appointment the same day as my next check up to find out the gender at 16 weeks! So we will know if we are having a boy or girl! Im so excited and nervious at the same time so hoping we will get we want if not its ok as long as baby is healthy no matter what thats all that matters!
