For some of you who don't know and others who do, since January 2014 (New Years) I've been working out along with eating better and cutting things out of my diet. Now i didn't decide this overnight in fact i had this planned out last year way before New Years was in the picture. I had just barley had my son in June 2013, and all i wanted more than anything was to be back pre pregnancy size which at the time i was about 125, and a size 5 in pants it has been a long time for me to be back at that size and *BAM* i got pregnant lol goodbye small size i will see you again soon.... hopefully.
Well now my son is 10 months old already and even tho i just started my working out routine in January i have been seeing such a big difference by looking at my body (Jumps for joy) but i am not to my pre pregnancy goal just yet.
With that said follow me on my journey and see the many accomplishments and struggles i face as a mom & wife with two kids just trying to get healthy and stay healthy for not just me but for my family as well.
I'm also here to encourage everyone with their workout goals and more! So please join me on this year journey for a better and newer me (us).
